Thirumurugan- Computer Science Engineer, our Chief Mentor has been running the delivery arm of our organization for clients in North America/Singapore and Netherlands. Thirumurgan hails from a humble background, from a remote village in the Southern state of Tamilnadu. As a fresher he had almost no technology expertise and possessed very basic communication skills- similar yet serious challenges faced by current graduates. His association with Vy Systems began since 2008 as a trainee. Presently, he has risen himself to the position as Chief Mentor and leads the delivery organization by taking on different roles and daunting challenges. Having an innate passion to train young talents,he associated himself with our Technology development center and started mentoring students. This makes every student come out with strong employability as the key trait. His expertise in handling live projects for world wide clients translates into a treasure trove of knowledge for our students who will be well prepared to face real challenges of the work environment during the training itself. This is why 100% of our students have procured a job.
