Introduction to AR/VR Course Basic
In this foundational course, you will begin by gaining an understanding of the core concepts of 3D graphics, including coordinate systems, transformations, modeling, rendering, lighting, textures, and animation. You will then explore the Unity 3D interface and learn to manipulate assets. Following this, you will learn how to import and create assets, combining them into complex models. The course will introduce you to C# programming, enabling you to develop custom applications. You will also acquire basic knowledge of adding physics to interactions for a more realistic experience. Additionally, you will learn how to design user interface elements. By the end of this course, you will be equipped to write and publish your first complete AR application on both Android and iOS devices. The course will also cover the application of these concepts to virtual reality, culminating in the creation and publication of a VR application for headsets.
Duration: 120 hours (can be tailored to student needs: one month full-time or flexible weekly hours) / Unlimited lab access.
Pre-requisites: Basic programming knowledge.
